13. Software Installation and Device Disclaimer

Design Arc Academy may offer assistance in the installation of required software for our courses as a service to our students. While we strive to provide accurate instructions and support, we do not
guarantee the successful installation of software on your device. We explicitly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss of data, or malfunction of
your device (including but not limited to laptops, desktops, iPads, or any other electronic device) that may occur during or as a result of the software installation process. It is the student & responsibility to ensure that their device meets the necessary system requirements for the software and to back up any critical data before installation. We do not assume any financial or legal responsibility for any costs, repairs, or replacements of
damaged devices resulting from software installation.

Design Arc Academy reserves the right to modify the course schedule, start date, time, duration, curriculum, course content, instructors, and any other course-related details at its discretion. While

15. Use of Student Work and Photographs

Design Arc Academy may request students to share their assignment work, including photographs, for the purpose of showcasing students &  achievements and promoting our courses. By submitting
your assignment work and photographs, you grant Design Arc Academy the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your work for promotional
and educational purposes. You acknowledge that sharing your assignment work and photographs is voluntary, and you are not obligated to do so. If you choose to share your work, you do so willingly and without any expectation
of compensation or liability on the part of Design Arc Academy. While Design Arc Academy will make reasonable efforts to protect your shared content, we cannot
guarantee its security against unauthorized use by third parties. We expressly disclaim responsibility for any misuse, unauthorized access, or distribution of shared content by any other parties, individuals, or for any malicious purposes.
By enrolling in our courses and sharing your assignment work and photographs, you consent to the use of your work as described in this clause and acknowledge the associated risks regarding third- party use.
